An event Mills James staged with Kingham Signature Events was honored as Best Non-Profit Event by the ISES Ohio WOW Awards. The event, the 2014 American Red Cross Humanitarian of the Year Awards, won in the category for budgets $85K – $150K and was held on June 7, 2014.
Mills James understands that when it comes to broadcast production, having options is always a good thing. “Live interviews, video play-outs and satellite media tours make up most of the day-to-day broadcast work in our downtown Cleveland facility,” said Scott Lanum, who serves as Vice President of Teleproduction Services at Mills James and oversees both Columbus and Cleveland broadcast operations. “Networks like to have options, whether it’s multiple backgrounds that can be placed behind an on-camera commentator, or variety of transmission paths connecting the remote facility to the network’s control room.”
