Account Coordinator
Mills James has an immediate opening for an Account Coordinator to provide administrative, production and project management support to Account Services.
Qualifications:

Essential Duties or Responsibilties:
- Support day-to-day business and job flow operations and processes to ensure all jobs and projects are aligned with the company standards;
- Support the fulfillment of customer requests and internal process deliverables through all phases of multiple job life cycles;
- Possess the ability to serve as an advocate for Account Services (internally) and equally represent our client relationships (externally);
- Ability to manage a variety of collaborative relationships with internal and external partners. This is a critical factor in monitoring workflows across multiple business solutions;
- Develop expertise in multiple solution and process disciplines;
- Coordinate and monitor multiple tasks across several projects at one time and meet continuous deadlines through partnering with all administrative and creative departments to guarantee deliverables;
- Support the quality of our client relationships and optimize our business through process integration and promoting organizational effectiveness through standardization.
