Account Coordinator

Mills James has an immediate opening for an Account Coordinator to provide administrative, production and project management support to Account Services.

Qualifications:

  • Highly organized, clear and concise communicator;
  • Excellent time management;
  •  Ability to adapt and be flexible;
  • Detailed record-keeping ability.

Essential Duties or Responsibilties:

  • Support day-to-day business and job flow operations and processes to ensure all jobs and projects are aligned with the company standards;
  • Support the fulfillment of customer requests and internal process deliverables through all phases of multiple job life cycles;
  • Possess the ability to serve as an advocate for Account Services (internally) and equally represent our client relationships (externally);
  • Ability to manage a variety of collaborative relationships with internal and external partners. This is a critical factor in monitoring workflows across multiple business solutions;
  • Develop expertise in multiple solution and process disciplines;
  • Coordinate and monitor multiple tasks across several projects at one time and meet continuous deadlines through partnering with all administrative and creative departments to guarantee deliverables;
  • Support the quality of our client relationships and optimize our business through process integration and promoting organizational effectiveness through standardization.
